You are sitting on a goldmine which could literally add thousands – if not hundreds of thousands – to your bottom line.
The question is are you digging for that gold or allowing your competitors to swoop in and steal it from under your nose?

Very interesting perspective Vinay . The company I work for is a family company and has always had an open-door policy where people are welcome to come in with ideas and concepts to help improve the business. The most important thing is to have an innovative product or service that people are willing to invest their time and money in. There’s a gold digger in all of us and it’s not a bad thing – we all need to make a living and a comfortable living is a preference.
Hi Stephen, you are right innovative products and service are important and in order to really understand customer needs further digging for the ‘gold’ is important. You’ll get incredibly valuable information from front line people but you have to create an environment in which they feel safe doing so. It’s great that you have that as many business don’t or worse still think that they do.
